Colloidal Silver used for Lyme Disease:

My husband was diagnosed with Lyme disease in l993 after experiencing a tick bite that made him very sick. We found out through lab tests that he had the disease for approximately l0 years. I knew from research that antibiotics would not cure him. We stumbled upon an article on colloidal silver and immediately ordered some. He began taking 4 teaspoons per day. His symptoms were: memory loss, and extreme joint pain. We have always used supplements and tried to eat well, which probably helped him. His blood work showed that he had titters IGG and IGM reactions. One was over 400 the other was around 300. It took about a year before the titters showed any results. Then I began to inject him with the colloidal silver 3 times a week. Several months later, we saw dramatic drops. This was in addition to what he took by mouth. (lcc) A western blot test was run recently. Out of l0 bands, he is now negative on all but 2.... but he is considered negative of the disease. He has no physical symptoms anymore at all. We used a product that was 5PPM but did not know the micron size. Then we switched to a product that was 5PPM with .02 micron size. It seems that this is important to reach the cellular level.

  I live in Alaska and there are no ticks here.  I got lyme disease when I went on vacation last spring to the little town of Fossil Oregon.  I don't remember a tick bite, but was definately exposed to the blessed little creatures.  I returned home oblivious to the bacteria.  About a month and a half to two months later, I started having joint stiffness.  Over the course of the next six months I progressively got worse and my memory was so bad I could not remember how to get to the grocery store.   
  I saw doctors up here, to no avail.  They had no idea what I had ---- because we have no ticks up here it was not something they would look for.  Finally the week before Thanksgiving I decided to go to Portland OR and see and internist.  He thought I had fybromiagia or lyme disease.  He did a lyme test.  I came back negative.  I went to see another doctor in a more tick infested area and persuade this individual to put me on antibiotics.  I spent three months on antibiotics.  They helped tremendously.  However, I am now fighting the side effects of the antibiotics.   
  I have no know about colloidal silver for that long.  I did take it for a while during the antibiotics.  I still have some of the lyme stiffness in the my joints and have a hard time remembering where I put things and peoples name that I know I should know.  I am not anxious to go back on antibiotics and would like to try silver in bigger doses than is available here (5ppm).  Since it is 350 miles to the next town a silver generator is my only choice.  By the way 4 oz of 5ppm collodial silver is $21.00 here.  I was taking two tablespoons a day.  A fast way to go broke.  So I am hopeful that the generator I have ordered will give me the flexibility to treat my disease the way I want at an affordable price.  I will update you on my progress.

  Our 8 year old daughter was diagnosed with Lyme Disease after a lengthy and baffling illness. She was put on oral antibiotics for several years with fairly good results (they knocked the symptoms down from 40 to 4 ) but, as soon as she got off of the antibiotics, all the symptoms would return. We heard about Colloidial Silver through a newsletter we subscribed to and decided to give it a try. Within 4 weeks there was a tremendous improvement and not long after that, all symptoms were gone! This was almost 3 years ago, she has just turned 14 and remains symptom free.
